hi friends, thanks for being here, & thanks for engaging with your monthly mail club!

now that we’re 5 months into this project, i am reflecting on how i can make things fresh and thinking of new mediums to explore, as well as new content! it would mean a lot to me to hear any feedback or ideas of things you want to see. even if its just a few words of encouragement, i would accept that too happily :)

you cna reach out with feedback or just to chat here — harleen@immersedinyouarts.com or message me on instagram: @immersedinyou

now, of course, here is your monthly playlist!

here is the shabad that the artwork is illustrating:

i mentioned making this month’s sticker through a new medium. i used printmaking techniques to carve a stamp in a linoleum block, ink it, and print it on paper. then, after scanning the print, i made it into a sticker! (lmk if you would like to see more of the sticker-making process. i always show snippets but never the whole thing)

i shared a video showing more of the process to making this linocut print — check it out here:

& here is a glossary for terms used in the letter. i will do my best to explain words in a way that is accessible & simplified. bhul chuk maaf // please forgive me for any mistakes, and please correct me. if you want more context to any words, you are welcome to reach out. hope this helps!
